The Unified Psychotherapy Project (UPP) is an invited group of leading researchers, scholars, theorists, and clinicians who are devoted to advancing the field of clinical science and psychotherapeutics. The mission of the task force is to catalogue the methods and techniques of contemporary psychotherapy and organize them at four domain levels. The UPP is similar, although on a smaller scale, to the human genome project in that there currently is no comprehensive database which can be used by clinical scientists and clinicians.
